Park Shore Condos, Naples, FL

Park Shore Walking Path is Private and great if you don't want to get you feet sandy. The sand is just a few feet away!

Park Shore consistently produces a high percentage of the area's high condo sales. Park Shore's popularity is the result of the beachfront condo buildings being on the sand and the walkability to several restaurants and high-end shopping opportunities. Venetian Village is about a 2-7 minute walk depending on what building you are in.

•Price Point: $650,000-$15,500,000
•Security: Some buildings are gated and guarded
•Key Points: On the sand, 2-7 minute walk to restaurants and shopping

Moorings & Coquina Sands Condos, Naples, FL

This is taken from the Naples Continental in the Moorings.

The Moorings is located just to the south of Park Shore and continues south of Doctors Pass. Coquina Sands is smaller and is essentially a continuation of the Moorings. Moorings and Coquina have an Old Florida feel with beachfront condo buildings up to 8 stories tall versus the 20+ story highrise buildings in the nearby neighborhoods. Although there have been a few redevelopments, most of the buildings are older but they are well maintained and essentially on the sand. Many of the building's swimming pools are so close to the sand that they are grandfathered in as new buildings require greater setbacks.

•Age of Beachfront Buildings: 1968-2003 (majority 1970's)
•Price Point: $500,000 to $7,000,000
•Security: Most of the buildings are not gated but they do have front desk personnel and security cameras
•Key Points: Old Florida vibe, on the sand, 5-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The north end of the Moorings is about a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shopping

Naples Cay Condos, Naples, FL

Naples Cay is a boutique beachfront condo development nestled in between Park Shore and Pelican Bay. Naples Cay is gated and guarded and is about a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and shopping at Venetian Village. 

•Age of Beachfront Buildings: 1978-2002
•Price Point: $850,000 to $14,750,000
•Security: Entire neighborhood is gated and guarded
•Key Points: Smaller development, on the sand, 10-minute walk to restaurants & shopping

Pelican Bay Condos, Naples, FL

The main section of Pelican Bay has a layer of mangroves between the condo buildings and the sand and therefore it is about a 10-15 minute walk through the mangrove boardwalk to the sand. There is also a tram that comes every few minutes that can take you to the beach a bit faster. The nice thing about Pelican Bay is that unlike Park Shore, Moorings & Naples Cay, once you get to the sand there is a beach club waiting for you with beach chairs, umbrellas, and food & beverage service with your toes in the sand! There are also 2 private restaurants on the sand available only to Pelican Bay residents.

•Price Point: $500,000 to $11,000,000
•Security: Some buildings are gated and guarded
•Key Points: 10-15 minute walk to the beach or 5-minute tram ride. Full-service beach club, with food and beverage service. 2 Private restaurants on the sand for Pelican Bay residents only. Tennis Club, Kayak and sailing, community center.

Bay Colony Condos, Naples, FL

Bay Colony is the most exclusive enclave within Pelican Bay and has access to Pelican Bay's beach club, restaurants, and everything else Pelican Bay offers. What sets Bay Colony apart is that there are six highrise condos buildings directly on the sand with no mangroves in the way. Bay Colony also has its own private beach club exclusive to Bay Colony residents. The beach club has a restaurant and staff to wait on lucky residents with their toes in the sand. 

•Age of Beachfront Buildings: 1991-2002
•Price Point: $1,500,000 to $10,000,000+
•Security: Entire neighborhood is gated and guarded
•Key Points: Only Naples neighborhood that is both on the sand and has a full-service beach club. Has all of Pelican Bay's amenities plus the exclusive Bay Colony amenities. Walk to the Ritz Carlton.
