Laurie founded and grew a successful accounting business for 20 years. As a former accountant, she understands the importance of small details and is excellent at explaining the financial intricacies of real estate transactions. She has years of insight into the tax implications of buying, owning & selling real estate.
As a real estate professional, Laurie spends time listening to what her clients need and expect in the transaction to locate the desired property for the lifestyle of their dreams. With her sellers, she focuses her professional attention on negotiating the best outcome for the seller. She can help guide the client with possible capital gains calculations and making sure they are prepared with as much information as requested for any possible future tax ramifications.
Laurie’s foreign clients benefit from her knowledge as a past tax accountant with extensive knowledge of the US tax rules toward non US persons and the ability to acquire a US tax identification numbers.
