Prior to her real estate career, Mary Ann managed her family's business that her great grandfather purchased in 1889, Kelly's Logan House, a National Historic Site. In addition, Mary Ann practiced law as a Delaware Senate Attorney, Deputy Attorney General and an Assistant County Attorney. Mary Ann applies her skills and knowledge that she learned as a lawyer to her real estate dealings. She is a trusted advisor, fierce advocate, and a great negotiator. Mary Ann serves her community as the Co-Chair of Board of Advisors to Dr. Oz’ Healthcorps , a Trustee to the Delaware Historical Society, parishioner of St. John the Evangelist and a Dame in the Order of Malta. She has received numerous awards for her charitable works including the Bob Hope Award by the National Parkinson Foundation. In 2021, Mary Ann earned the distinction of Top 100 Irish American Lawyers. She served as a hospice volunteer and a former member of the Earl Morrall NFL Alumni Charity Golf Tournament. Mary Ann attended Tower Hill School, graduated from The Ethel Walker School, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and the Delaware Law School. She is licensed to sell real estate in Virginia, Florida & Delaware. Mary Ann is a member of the Delaware Bar. Mary Ann is the wife of Michael MacDonald, the former manager of the Everglades Club in Palm Beach, former General Manager of Indian Creek Country Club, Royal Poinciana Golf Club, Trump National Golf Club in DC,, Rehoboth Beach County Club and presently at Quail Creek Country Club.. Mary Ann’s knowledge of the golf clubs and golf communities is helpful to buyers and sellers. Mary Ann and Michael are both golfers!
